Membership Terms
Your plan. Each membership includes one service visit a month on your plan. Member pricing and member perks apply only while your membership is active.
Prices and billing. Exterior: $228 at signup covers months 1 and 2, then $114 a month. Interior: $198 at signup covers months 1 and 2, then $99 a month. Standard: $358 at signup covers months 1 and 2, then $179 a month. Monthly charges start in month 3 and are made on the same date each month as your signup, until you cancel. All prices are plus applicable sales tax.
Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at [email protected]. A cancellation stops your next charge if we receive it by 11:59 PM ET the day before that charge date. Month 1 starts on your signup date and isn't refundable after that. If you cancel before month 2 begins, we'll refund month 2 in full, including tax.
Visits. A visit not booked by the end of its month is used, except when we reschedule. Unused visits don't carry over. If we cancel a visit because of weather, we'll rebook it within 30 days at no cost, and it doesn't count as used.
Member Premium. Members may book Lux Premium for $299 up to twice per membership year, while the membership is active.
Points. You earn points only on consecutive paid renewals. 500 points = $25 credit. Points stay with you after you cancel and expire 12 months after they're earned; we'll give you 30 days' notice before any points expire. Points have no cash value.
Late credit. A $50 lateness credit can be used for our services or products and expires after 1 year if unused.
Fees. Late cancellation $60 (20% for services $450 and up). Travel outside our service area $60. A $150 condition charge applies only for the vehicle's actual condition, never its size or type, and is quoted with photos and agreed before extra work starts.
