Luxury Bubbles LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides mobile auto detailing in the Tampa Bay area of Florida through luxurybubblesfl.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information.
What we collect and why
We collect information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, service address and access notes, vehicle details, service requests, vehicle photos, messages, and your contact preferences. We also take before-and-after photos of your vehicle when we service it. We keep records of purchases and payments; card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers. When you visit our site, we and our partners automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the link or ad that brought you to us, using cookies and similar technologies.
We use this information to provide, schedule, and bill for services; prepare quotes; document vehicle condition and resolve questions or claims; communicate with you and provide customer service; send marketing where you have agreed or the law allows; understand and improve our site and advertising; prevent fraud and spam; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- The detailer assigned to your service
- Payment processing providers

- Booking and scheduling tools
- Cloud storage and productivity tools

Advertising and analytics
Our site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from advertising and analytics partners to understand how our site is used and to measure how well our ads perform, including whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to a booking. These partners may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, and may use it under their own policies, including to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
When you book a service, our site tells our advertising partner only that a booking occurred and, at most, the booking price. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number, and we keep automatic advanced matching (a feature that can collect contact details from forms on our site) turned off.
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies through your browser's cookie settings. You can manage how Meta uses information to show you ads at Meta's ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences), and how Google does at Google's My Ad Center (https://myadcenter.google.com/) or with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can also opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at https://optout.aboutads.info/. Opting out does not stop all ads; you may still see ads that are not personalized. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Phone calls, text messages, and email
We send booking updates (such as confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates) by phone call or email. We send text messages only if you opt in to receive them; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; we may still send emails about your bookings and payments.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for 5 years after your last interaction with us, after which it may be discarded, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
